Bakuman tells about Mashiro Moritaka junior high school students who do not want to become a mangaka even if the picture is very good. And Takagi Agito, a gifted writer who is also the cleverest, but chose to be a mangaka, because the mangaka is a job where they are not bound by company rules. This story tells what will become of them later.

Photography: Boo Boo et Moi
I know very little about this amazing photographer/digital artist aside from 1. she lives in the US and 2. has a deep love of ( and perhaps is from) Paris. She manages textures and colors beautifully and her digital collages are magical. Visit her flickr stream here.
Bill Gibb: Designer of the year 1970
I have never been a huge fan of the seventies. In fact, that's pretty much a decade I'd rather not dwell on. Ever. However, my one exception to this rule has to be the work of Vogue designer of the year for 1970: Bill Gibb. While some of these outfits definitely carry the seventies dated stigma, you can't help but be impressed by his creative vision and attention to detail and workmanship. Click on * for link.
